Painted during an artists’ residency in Ubud, Venting Forum with Special Guests blends deep-sea hydrothermal vents with the swirl of celebrity lore and Balinese myth. Figures gather around a venting plume like it’s a talk show beamed from the ocean floor—half ritual, half pop-culture séance. The result is playful, glowing, and a little uncanny, as if the vents themselves have opinions and the guests are just trying to keep up.
