Beneath a field of vibrant oranges—glowing almost too brightly to trust—the figure hovers in the strange push-pull of Lacanian object relations. Desire, avoidance, projection: it’s all caught in a looping logic that feels a little like tumbling through Alice’s rabbit hole. Watching over it all is the underworld creature, patient and unnervingly wise, reminding us how easily we become fixated on the wrong stars.
